Welcome to Simply Hygge Living a family owned home decor store located near the coast in Brighton, Adelaide, South Australia and I am so glad you found us 🤎

I often get asked - What is Hygge all about? and what is it? so here goes...

"Hygge" is a danish word pronounced (hoo:gah), it is that soulful feeling that you get when you are with the people you love, a feeling of home, of warmth and cosiness. It is as simple as a cup of coffee with a friend, or gathering the family together around the kitchen bench for some friendly banter!

Founded in 2018, initially as a passion project I wanted to create a business that was founded on my love for property development with simple living in mind, ethically sourced and handmade unique homewares from both local and overseas makers.

More and more our homes are becoming our sanctuary, where we gather together with our loved ones to just enjoy and be in the moment.

At Simply Hygge Living our passion is to help you create those spaces that evoke joy for you no matter your decor style. I hope that you find something soulful here, and that I can help you create a little Hygge-ness in your home, a home where moment's become memories.
