We have detailed our Terms & Conditions in a way that allows you to have a seamless shopping experience with Simply+Hygge. Shopping with us, means that you agree with our Terms & Conditions on warranty, refunds, returns, payments, shipping and delivery. Should Simply+Hygge add or change any terms and conditions, these will be communicated on our website, or in written form to our customers should they affect a current order.

Our products are available to purchase via our website or via our social media platforms.

Although we work hard to display all our products in the most accurate way possible on our website, we cannot guarantee any variance to the looks / colours of our products, based on the electronic device you are using to view our products on. All our product descriptions and prices are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We are cautious in trying to avoid errors in product information and pricing, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time based on demand, supply or any other reason that Simply+Hygge deems to be reasonable. Please note the information contained on this website is intended to apply in Australia only and all our prices are in Australian Dollars.

All intellectual property in any material on the Simply+Hygge website is the property of Simply+Hygge. Our website may contain links to other websites and Simply+Hygge is not responsible for maintaining the information displayed in the links and will not be held responsible for the content or privacy practices associated with these linked websites.

Returns and Refunds

We understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind. We provide a 14 day refund/exchange policy for all goods. In case of a return, goods must be returned in original packaging, unmarked and in unused condition. If the goods are not returned in their original condition, a 15% re-packaging fee will apply. We will inspect all items returned to make sure they are in their original non-used condition. If so, Simply+Hygge will process your refund within 7 working days using your original payment method.

Any damage or faults on products must be advised within 24-48 hours of receipt of goods. You must also retain your proof of purchase for all refunds/returns or exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery

At Simply+Hygge our customers come first, so we try to provide the best delivery options possible to suit your needs. Our third party deliveries are based on ground floor/front door basis and will take place during normal business hours which are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.  Our courier services are contracted by Simply+Hygge to obtain proof of delivery on the day of delivery, unless you have provided authority to to the courier to leave you delivery. 

We always strive to support and provide the most accurate delivery information to our customers but please be advised that we use external freight | delivery  providers over which we do not have any control. Regular couriers do NOT call in advance or make appointments so it is the customer’s sole responsibility to track the delivery progress of their order with the courier, once items are dispatched, organise collection around the estimated date of arrival. Any delivery delay due to the couriers’ delivery schedule is not the responsibility of Simply+Hygge.

We deliver Australia wide provided the items ordered are in stock. Below are the approximate lead times to metropolitan areas for Non-Bulky Items. 

Please allow an additional 2 days if you are located in remote areas.

Victoria - 3 to 5 days
New South Wales - 3 to 5 days
South Australia - 2 to 4 days
ACT - 3 to 5 days
Queensland - 4 to 6 days
Western Australia - 4 to 8 days
Tasmania - 4 to 8 days
Northern Territory - 5 to 12 days

 

Please be aware that the size of your order and location, may also impact the above delivery times. We take delivery seriously but we will not take responsibility for delayed deliveries caused by third party courier companies.

Simply+Hygge reserves the right to revise freight costs if there has been an increase in freight costs by our courier companies.

Please note that unfortunately some courier companies charge if they fail to deliver a parcel and need to re-deliver. At Simply+Hygge we have no choice but to pass on the re-delivery fee to our customers as we have no control over failed deliveries. If a re-delivery fee incurs, our team will be in touch to arrange the settlement of the fee. Thank you for your understanding.
