Returns Policy

Simply Hygge Living Returns Policy

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged items

If your item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours. Photos will need to be provided and the item may need to be returned to us. We will instruct you once you have made contact. Claims can only be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Change of Mind

Simply Hygge Living wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will happily offer an exchange, store credit or refund in instances where you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with a product within 7 days of you receiving your order.

Once you have returned your item to us we will check the item and issue an exchange, store credit or refund less a re-stocking fee of 10% and the original postage.

Return freight on larger items eg. Rugs (which is more than our Flat Rate Shipping Cost) will be deducted from your refund or will need to be paid prior to the dispatching of the exchanged product where you select this option.

We are happy to assist with organising return freight on larger items for you.

Great love & care has been taken to ensure your item arrives to you immaculately and it must be returned in the same condition, making sure the product is in its original packaging where possible, is undamaged and unused. If the return is received damaged, you will not be eligible for a exchange, store credit or refund.

If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you with an electronic store credit/checkout code or a refund less our restocking fee, (unless an exchange has been requested). Your store credit can be used for you to seamlessly re-shop your preferred products. 

Any items purchased from the 'Clearance' section are not eligible for an exchange or refund, no exceptions. Any 'Clearance' items which are returned will be refused upon delivery.

Simply Hygge Living reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. 

Simply Hygge Living takes many photos to accurately display their products so that you can make an informed purchase. If you have any questions prior to purchase or require additional photo's please reach out to us and we will do our best to provide you with further information.

Your store credit will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and the original freight.

The restocking fee is to cover costs associated with but not limited to non-refundable third-party payment provider fees and merchant fees associated with the purchase, administration fees, and associated packaging costs.
